Hello, who am I ?

As I just graduated, my first experiences were venture capital and network development in France and Europe. I co-founded PANOSOL in 2006; a company specialized in selling and installing solar panels and saving energy systems. In 2010, the company was 100 team members strong, working in a network of 24 agencies in France and reaching US$ 13 Million in sales. 
In 2010 GDF SUEZ group bought PANOSOL and I remained the CEO until the end of 2012. This operation allowed me to create NDHI, an investement holding company, funded with 2,000,000€. Its objective is to support entrepreneurship and to participate in projects specialized in energy saving.   Today, my research has lead me to analyze the eco-efficiency market around the globe and especially in Europe and North America, with two main objectives:
  • Investing in companies as a « minority » shareholder, as I recently did with Boston Solar in the US.

  • Participating in new business and develop my group, specialized in energetic efficency, of which COZYNERGY a notable flagship. For the time being we work a 100% on individual housing. We are the owners’ single point of contact  and we propose them a complete  solution to save energy. Located in Toulouse, we aim at a stready growth on the whole territory. Besides, our office in Bordeaux was just launched in August 2014.

A call for investment

Fascinated by entrepreneurship, I decided to allocate time and money to help new projects.

I’ll never forget the journey with PANOSOL, and the numerous times we received support, and I know that raising money was a key step.

I am also convinced that my partner and I would not have been able to develop PANOSOL up to this level without any additional help.

This positive experience is the origin of NDHI mission: Investing in projects which are on the brink of reaching another level.

NDHI is naturally involved in the cleantech sector, for which I personally have the deepest interest, proven skills and a strong network: this fund is specifically designed for cleantech investments.

Beyond this frame or when larger financing appears necessary, NDHI has the capacity to involve other funds and structures:

  • The seed capital fund Demeter 3 of Demeter Partners, of 55 million dollars, to which  NDHI subscribed.
  • The Business Angels club DDIDF (Sustainable Development in Ile de France), from which NDHI is an active member, as an alternative solution we can provide.


We can also support some projects in bring them to the consideration of the AFIC (Association Française des Investisseurs pour la Croissance) or of France Angels (Fédération des Business Angels).

Entrepreneurship, an actual passion

Here we are, the COZYNERGY concept has been validated in Toulouse and we are starting to duplicate it in our new office in Bordeaux.

Our global approach seduces the public, and the law about Energy Transition proposes very incentive help facilities to mitigate the continued rise of energy prices with more energetic efficency.
